Shipping rates for international customers are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping does NOT include international taxes or duties. If an order is placed on www.paradisefoundshirts.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping your package. Please contact the customs office in your country for information about any applicable taxes or duties. This amount will be deducted from your order refund. While we have made efforts to minimize international shipping charges, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the merchandise and cannot mark the item as "gift".

US Postal Service delivers Monday-Saturday. Federal Express delivers Monday-Friday. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please make sure that the billing address provided with your order is up to date. A discrepancy between the credit card number and its billing address can cause a delay in the processing of your order.
Out of Stock Items
Although we make an effort to ensure that all items are readily available or are in production and are scheduled for arrival at our fulfillment center, we occasionally run out of certain products. In this case, we may ship a partial order - we will only bill you for the items that have been shipped. When we ship the remainder of your order, you will be billed separately for that portion. In most cases, you will only be charged once for shipping. However, in some cases you may be charged a pro-rated shipping amount based on the original shipping charge if your order shipped completely the first time.
Time Sensitive Orders
If you order is time-sensitive, please put a note in the comments field of the order form to let us know when you need your order by. If you provide this information but it appears that your items will not be available by the date indicated, we will let you know as soon as possible. You may then choose alternatives or cancel your order, if necessary.
If only part of your order is available for immediate shipping, we will send those items first. We will then send the remainder of the order as soon as your items are available. You will NOT be charged extra shipping for this. If you prefer to receive your entire order in one shipment, please let us know by adding a comment in the "comments" field of the order form.
We charge Hawaii's mandatory state General Excise Tax of 4.712 percent on orders that are ordered and delivered to Oahu (4.16 percent to neighboring islands). At this time, there is no tax on all orders that originate and are delivered outside Hawaii.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to health reasons, face masks cannot be returned or refunded. For everything else, if you need to exchange your item for a different size, please send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt, then go to our website and place a replacement order for your item(s). If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us; you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means it is sold out. In this case, you may have to check the store every few days for availability.
If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is no restocking fee. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 60 DAYS after receipt. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund credits to appear on your statement.
